What is DISC?
DISC is a system of 4 behavior styles developed based on the research of American psychologist William Marston (1893-1947). It enables the identification of various combinations of behavior types.
What behavior styles do we distinguish?
DISC stands for the English terms for each style:
D – Dominant
I – Influencing
S – Steady
C – Compliance

How does the examination process work?
- After purchasing and paying for the report, you will receive a link to take the examination to the email address you provided. The link will be sent within 24 hours and is valid for 48 hours from the moment you receive our message.
- You click on the link and complete the report. The test takes between 20 to 40 minutes and can be done at your convenience.
- After receiving your report results from you, we will email you a link to a calendar where you can choose a convenient time for an individual online session, during which you will receive your report along with a feedback session.
- During the session, participants will receive a detailed report with analysis and charts, which will be presented during the consultation.
The report includes the examination results indicating the dominant two behavior styles in the DISC model, and it presents indicators of the intensity of individual characteristics. It also highlights the strengths of the person being examined, their behavior style under stress, factors increasing work efficiency, preferred methods of communication, and their impact on others.
The feedback session after the DISC examination
During the coaching session, you will receive full feedback along with the report.
- I will present the DISC examination report to you.
- We will discuss the results of your DISC report.
- We will determine your professional profile based on the DISC report.
- We will identify your strengths and your preferred communication style.
- We will set goals to achieve based on your report.
- We will establish an individual action plan for you to achieve the specified goal based on the data from the report.

During the coaching session, you will receive full feedback along with the report. We will discuss:
- The individual report containing 4 DISC analyses: behavior styles, team roles, values, and internal motivations.
- The team report.
- The team report comparing behavior styles with individual team members.
- The 360-degree report.

*Using the DISC model for assessment does not measure the personality of the subject. Other tools for psychological diagnosis, conducted by a professional psychologist or therapist trained in both their use and the interpretation of final results, are used for personality diagnosis.
